Ship Family

Meet the Ship Family! Meghan and I met 7 years ago and have grown to be great friends. She is my work PIC (partner in crime) and an amazing teacher! We are two peas in a pod and Meghan and Brad are originally from New England and have lived in Virginia for the past 7 years. They got married in 2008 and Miss Molly was born in 2011. We spent Saturday morning in Old Town Alexandria. Miss Molly was a tough nut to crack!

Molly and I have played before but she wasn't so sure about the two big cameras. She clutched her new  pink M that I brought her and quietly whispered, "M is for Molly."

Most of the morning was filled with pensive looks UNTIL we were just about to give up for the day.

Sandwich kisses are always good for a giggle too (pre melt-down)!

Molly was melting but we decided to stop back at the wall for some hat pictures and I am so glad we did! Mommy busted out her nursery rhyme rapping skills and got some smiles out of Molly.

Besides not being sure about the camera Molly is turning two this week and she is in a very independent stage! "MOLLY do it!"

Meghan and Brad are huge baseball fans and Molly has caught on quick. When asked, "What do we say when baseball is on?" Molly responds, "GOOOOO Red Sox!"

There is nothing sweeter than daddy and his girl <3!

Molly is a cool dude with her jazzy glasses!
